Most mortgage inquiries are readily answered using a system developed internally that allows the Member Care Centre agent to accurately calculate a customer's total monthly payments, total principal and interest repayment, qualifying monthly salary and closing costs.
The Member Care Centre is interactive, as customers can have one-to-one dialogue with an agent.
