JNBS Offers More On-line Banking Options

LIVE by JN, the online banking portal of the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS), is now offering members more options to do transactions, said Jerrold Johnson, Chief Representative Officer at JNBS Toronto.

He explained that members can now make international wire transfers and transfer funds to local accounts in commercial banks in Jamaica, through the online banking portal.

The latest features add to existing options available on LIVE by JN, such as cell phone top up, credit cards payments, utility and bill payments.

“With just the click of the mouse, our members can stay home, or wherever they find their comfort zone, and carry out transactions,” said Mr. Johnson, as he outlined the new features.

Another advantage of using the banking portal is that transactions are completed within 24 hours, he said. The JNBS Chief Representative Officer for Toronto said members can visit the JNBS website at www.jnbs.com to sign up for LIVE by JN access, and those who are already using the JN online banking portal can request the new features online, without having to visit their Representative Office.

    Your customer service phone inquiry team is lacking.  Customers are on hold for hours and no one answers the phone…..this is very disappointing.

    If this doesnt improve you will be losing customers, not impressed for a black owned business, needs much improvement.

    I am so disappointing in the way you conduct business. I made a transfer from my account to another JN account, since 30/04/2014 the funds have not been credited to the account up to date. I also tried to sign up for online banking and was rejected. How do you expect to retain customer with your lack of efficiency
