A personal Mobile Mortgage/Loan Officer will be assigned to you within 24 hours of contact with JNBS, she pointed out. “Our Loan Officers provide ‘hands-on’ personalized management of the application process; and our fully electronic loan origination system provides for quicker credit decisions”,said Mrs. Purkiss.

Tiffany Gordon, Senior Manager in charge of Mortgage Sales, said easy access to the Mortgage Officer distinguishes JNBS from its competitors. “We can meet our customers at their convenience,” she stated.

“We are always accessible and that is what makes the experience pleasurable for the customer,” Ms. Gordon pointed out. “Our Mobile Loan Officers will take applicants through a pre-interview process, which is helpful in determining their needs and outlines the JNBS Mortgage Financing Options.”

In respect of the loan rates , Mrs. Purkiss said that JNBS has introduced a 9.4% Mortgage Special.
